My experience thus far has not been the greatest. I was in Israel when war broke out. I tried to get in touch with the office to extend my insurance and did not get a response. I emailed and it was kicked back.
I am still waiting for someone to call me back so we can review and place a claim for incurred expenses.

Very easy to navigate website. Compared prices with other brokers and Squaremouth was the best. I called to ask a few questions prior to purchasing a couple policies. Then after purchasing, a few weeks later I had to make several changes prior to my trip. In ALL instances they were accommodating, professional, and easy to understand. All change requests were easily made. This was the second trip I've used them and each time I bought four different policies and it couldn't have been easier. Great experience!!
Claim form sent in no response from insurance company that it was received
THEY FIRST ASKED FOR A LETTER FROM THE DOCTOR TO UPLOAD TO WHERE ??? THEN TO HAVE THE DOCTOR FILL .OUT A FORM. THIS IS CRAZY. MY ONCOLOGIST (I BELIEVE) DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR ALL THIS .
IN THE FUTURE I WILL STAY AWAY FROM SQUARE MOUTH .

I had a bad day as I tried to fill out the claim. It asked for letter from my doctor . I did that then it had a form for the doctor to fill out . At that point I was frustrated. If I looked further down on the requested material It said I could send either one to IMG . My fault.
I believe that did a good job overall. That being said they asked me several times to submit the information I had previously submitted. I found that a bit irritating.
IMG and its staff were very helpful while filling out the claim form. However, I must say that the claim and attachments were somewhat difficult to navigate online. I was originally told it had to be done online but was later advised that I could have filled it out manually and sent it all the required documents to them which would have been much easier. That being said once they received all the requested information, they settled the claim in about 7 days.
I highly recommend to my friends and travel partners.
It took a little longer than I expected but they gave me my full refund.
I have talked with staff and used the online claim procedure. Both were easy to use and staff, very very helpful.
