    Our flight/ trip was cancelled due to the winter storm and could not be re-booked for several days due to weather, etc. We received a full refund on what we insured in a timely manner.

    So far, so good. Purchasing the coverage was easy.

    Unfortunately I had a medical incident while in Germany and I had to file a claim.

    The assistance I have received while working through the claims process has been very good - I have two separate phone calls and on each call the customer service agents were great. Made me very comfortable in navigating the early part of the claims process, answered all my questions

    I just submitted a number of files in support of my claim and expect that the process will pick up next week.

    So..., so far, so good.

    It as so easy to find an appropriate policy, and then when I had to change the dates of my departure, TinLeg's customer service was very helpful and made it so easy. I've used TinLeg for a number of years now and would highly recommend.
