I contact the Travel Insured International 24 hour assistance when I got stuck in Dubai on an insured MSC cruise, seeking assistance to get home. None was provided.I was told unless someone was dead or dying to call back later.

The customer service team was very informative and helpful. He helped me with questions regarding the US shutdown and information / coverage during that period. I had no other questions or need to contact customer service again.

All customer service representatives were very helpful & friendly. I thought I would need to file a claim but in the end did not need to. The airline stepped up and replaced our damage suitcase.

Claim process was initiated by myself the client 3 weeks ago and I have not been contacted about the claim. Only received automated messages tha my claim was recieved. Essentially zero progress has been made on my claim by travel insured no review no processing no human contact. It’s disappointing I would not recommend this company.

So far my experience has been satisfactory. I am waiting to hear the outcome of our claim. The customer service person I spoke to was friendly, sent me the form, we submitted, and now we wait (it's been only 6 days, but hope to hear something soon).

Excellent prompt service reviewing our claim. Updates were automatically emailed. Received payment in less than 10 days after claim submitted.

I had to change the destination due to the Gulf War and it was easy to do.

As always Squaremouth is great to use to purchase travel insurance. Before I called Travel Insured to update the dates and cost of trip. Their service was terrific and was able to accomplish that in less than 10 minutes.

Excellent experience. The representative was very helpful. Great service.

Did not have an occasion to use during trip so cannot effectively comment.
