Claim was processed promptly and resolved with the appropriate amount due according to the policy. Information was clear.
It was frustrating to have IMG closed for the weekend. We received information regarding a blizzard heading toward our home destination from American Airlines on Saturday morning. I called the emergency number provided from IMG only to have no answer. I left a message had to wait until Monday to talk with someone.....the day the storm was going on and we were supposed to go home. That caused a lot of frustration and trepidation on us.
No issues and felt comfortable knowing we were protected
IMG stated that they have 24/7 customers support. That is not the case. 24/7 support is only for medical emergencies.
I tried to submit the claim several times, but it did not go through. I will need to call IMG to submit it.

It took longer than the 10 working days to notify me of their decision. I called and was told that my claim was accepted. I didn't receive the same information via email for several more days
Only compliant is that person on the phone (when the delay was happening) told me my blanket would be covered, but it wasn't. It didn't end up mattering because I hit my $150/day without it, but just as a heads up, blankets for cold airports don't count as an eligible expense. Otherwise, very happy with the claim experience.
